An AngelCare Community Liaison will meet with the potential client and conduct an in-home assessment.  During this time, the client, family members, and/or other important decision makers work with the Community Liaison to devise a care giving schedule that meets the client’s current needs.

The initial service schedule will reflect a time structure that will complement the client’s daily routine as well as achieve the goals and tasks established in the comprehensive Care Plan.
