How many aides will be assigned to my case?

It is our company policy to maintain continuity of care, as much as possible, for all clients. Typically, one aide is assigned to provide all care hours M – F, unless care requires a split day and evening shift, where 2 primary aides are assigned.  For 24 hour cases or hospice cases, a team of angels is assigned to meet the care giving needs and our CSC team works to develop a set care team, weekly schedule.

Additionally, all of our clients have a primary aide or care team, however they understand that AngelCare will provide back up coverage, to cover staff vacations, illnesses and other circumstances.

What Our Clients
Are Saying

I am very happy with my AngelCare Services. My caregiver is always on time and in knowledgable and answers my questions. My caregiver is always friendly and really seems to like her job. The staff is always helpful when I have to call the AngelCare Office.
