Nurse Supervisor, LPN, CMCN

Connie is the Energizer Bunny of AngelCare Home Health Care, Inc.  Connie works closely with our:  Director of Nursing;  the Client Service Coordination team; Clients; Families; Care Givers; and Case Managers to ensure that each client’s “Plan of Care” is implemented, understood, and updated to meet the individual needs.
Connie’s nursing know how, vast experience and commitment to providing quality care have greatly contributed to AngelCare’s growth.  Connie earned her CMCN (Certified Managed Care Nurse) certification in July of 2008 as she continually strives to enhance her nursing skills and passion for life long learning.

Connie views her role as that of a mentor as, more than a nursing supervisor.  She is perhaps our most popular employee, as her trainings and in-services are not only informational but fun and memorable.  “Anyone who attended Connie’s “Home Health Care Jeopardy In-Service”, knows that Connie makes learning fun and her examples really relate to our client’s daily care needs.”

Connie enjoys learning, knitting, camping and spending time with her family.
